Cotoneaster

This important genus includes some of the most indispensable of hardy evergreen shrubs. They vary from prostrate carpeters to tall trees. Brilliant autumn colour, either of berry or leaf, is their most notable attribute, and they are tolerant of almost all soils and conditions. Can be regularly pruned if desired.
